The Gambia is set to establish its first legal incubator through a partnership between U.S. Attorney Fred Rooney and the women’s advocacy NGO, Women in Liberation and Leadership (WILL).

The incubator will provide legal education and support to communities, enhancing access to justice across the country.

Dr. Fatou Baldeh, founder of WILL, described the initiative as a groundbreaking step in legal empowerment.

The project is the first of its kind in Africa and aims to strengthen legal awareness and advocacy.
