The Edward Francis Small Center for Rights and Justice (EFSCFRJ) has strongly opposed the takeover of Banjul Port by the Turkish company Albayrak, calling the concession illegal.

The civil society organization argues that the agreement represents a significant social and economic loss for Gambians. It is now urging President Adama Barrow and the National Assembly to take immediate action to halt the deal.
