The Center for Transparency and Accountability in Liberia (CENTAL) has proposed redirecting blocked salaries of non-compliant officials to fund anti-corruption efforts.

Executive Director Anderson Maimen emphasized the need to strengthen institutions like the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) to enhance government transparency.

His call comes after President Joseph Boakai suspended officials who failed to declare their assets, reinforcing accountability measures.
