President Nana Akufo-Addo has praised the smooth conduct of Ghana’s recent elections, emphasizing their role in solidifying the nation’s reputation as a beacon of democracy in Africa.

Speaking at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana’s Bicentennial Anniversary launch on Sunday, December 22, 2024, in Accra, the President commended Ghanaians for their commitment to democratic values. He also expressed confidence that his tenure and contributions to the country’s governance will be favorably judged by future generations.
