In a significant move towards ensuring peaceful elections, all 12 presidential candidates in Ghana have signed a peace pact, pledging their commitment to non-violence and fair conduct during the polls.

As Ghanaians prepare to vote in just over a week, the peace pact symbolizes a collective effort by the candidates and their parties to uphold peace and stability throughout the electoral process. The election will determine Ghana’s president and Members of Parliament for the next four years.
