82 new lawyers were officially admitted to the Bar by the General Legal Council on Tuesday. The group includes 37 Ghanaians, 4 Cameroonians, and 41 Gambians. The ceremony, attended by legal professionals, government officials, and the families of the newly-called lawyers, marks a significant milestone in the careers of these individuals. This development reflects the ongoing growth of the legal profession in The Gambia and highlights the importance of fostering regional and international ties in the legal field.
