A complaint for enforced disappearance and kidnapping was lodged yesterday in France by the wives of FNDC leaders arrested on July 9 in Conakry, the Guinean capital.
The complaint targets the President of the Transition, Mamady Doumbouya, the Minister of Defense and the High Commander of the National Gendarmerie.
Lawyers for the Guinean activists claim to have evidence that Foniké Mangué and Billo bah were abducted and are being held by elements of the special forces unit, the elite army unit headed by the junta leader before the coup of September 05, 2021.
