Alarms raised in Ghana as Ghana Health Service (GHS) detects nine cases of Dengue fever

The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has issued an alert following the detection of nine Dengue fever cases in the Eastern Region.

The alert on the outbreak was triggered by the national surveillance system, which identified unusual clinical malaria cases in several districts that did not respond to standard antimalarial treatments.
