Côte d’Ivoire, through its Ministry of Environment, has officially launched the “Low Carbon Facility,” a tool designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and help the country adapt to climate change. In partnership with the European Union, this initiative aims to support various climate projects with a budget of 655 million CFA francs.
