The special session on economic and financial crimes opened yesterday in Mali, Monday, July 1. During these hearings, which will last two months, more than 50 cases will be judged.
181 people, including former ministers of the regime of the late Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, are involved in these cases. They are accused of alleged damage to public property, forgery and use of forgery, money laundering and breach of trust.
