Civil Society organization, the Africa Development Council (ADC) has criticized the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) for its perceived inaction in addressing the unfolding constitutional crisis in Togo.
The ADC has raised alarm over President Faure Gnassingbé’s proposed constitutional reforms, denouncing them as a “Constitutional Coup” and calling for urgent intervention from both ECOWAS and the African Union (AU).
