In this edition, our guest Mr. Kop’ep Dabugat, the General Secretary of The West African Civil Society Forum, WACSOF, takes a look at the latest move by the Economic Commission of West African States (ECOWAS) in deploying an exploratory mission to Togo.
According to the ECOWAS President Dr Omar Toure, the team will interact with key stakeholders regarding the latest developments in the country ahead of the legislative and regional elections on April 29, 2024.
The move is coming as political tensions are high as the country prepares for its legislative and regional elections on the 29th of April.
