Ex-governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, will appear in court today as fresh charges alleging misuse of office and corruption have been filed against him by the anti-corruption agency.

These charges come in addition to the procurement fraud allegations he is already confronting in Abuja, where he has maintained his innocence.
