This episode of Take the Lead directed its attention to the significance of ‘’Civic Education for African Youths ‘’

Many people are concerned that young people are disconnected from Government and politics.
Several young citizens especially those from less fortunate backgrounds have insufficient knowledge about Government institutions and political processes.
They are unfamiliar with the principles that underpin their government and the rights and responsibilities of citizens.
Some have not developed fundamental civic skills that ensure informed and meaningful civics engagements.
One compelling deficiency is the lack of access to high-quality civic education.
Throughout this program, we examined how civic education can foster civic engagement among young people and addressed other Important questions.
