The Ghana Journalist Association has hit back at the National Media Commission (NMC) after it criticized as dysfunctional the decision of the GJA to impose media blackouts on individuals involved in recent violent attacks on journalists.
The association had declared a media blackout on Mavis Hawa Kooson, MP for Awutu Senya East, and Farouk Aliu Mahama, MP for Yendi Constituency for acts of violence against journalists.
