The Ivorian government is activating Article 13 of the nation’s finance law to aid the recovery of foreign tax debts to optimize resources for the State.

Public accountants are thereby authorized to recover debts from States having concluded an international tax convention with Côte d’Ivoire subject to reciprocity.

The tax recovery measure aims to support the 2024 National budget.
