GCF, a South Korea-based organization is the world’s largest multilateral climate fund and the central financing mechanism of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.

Andy McElroy tells West Africa Democracy Radio that the organization has committed 16 billion dollars in funding to 286 adaptation and mitigation projects in 133 countries.
