The United States Ambassador to the country, Mark Toner, is calling for a new chapter to be forged in bilateral ties between Liberia and the U.S.

The new U.S. Ambassador was speaking Wednesday at the Executive Mansion in Monrovia when he presented his letter of credence to the Liberian leader, Joseph Boakai.
