In Liberia, the United Methodist Human Rights Monitor has strongly criticized the manner in which the national census is conducted by the Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo Information Service—LISGIS.
The monitor’s Program Director, Jefferson Knight, said the process is characterized by confusion, corruption and poor organization, hence he forces danger ahead.
