The United Nations Children's Education Fund, UNICEF, has raised alarm over the learning crisis that has reportedly plagued Nigeria's educational system.
UNICEF, during a two-day Media Dialogue on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as Child Rights, revealed that about 70 percent of school children within the age of 10 years are unable to read and write.
