A blue helmet with the United Nations Multidimensional and Stabilization mission in Mali MINUSMA died on Sunday.
The peacekeeper died in Kidal after being seriously injured by the explosion of an improvised explosive device (IED) while conducting a mine search and detection operation.
The Head of MINUSMA, Mr. El-Ghassim Wane, strongly condemns this attack.
