In Sierra Leone, President Julius Maada Bio over the weekend, joined other African Heads of State in the third Africa-Turkey Partnership Summit hosted by the Turkish president, RecepTayyip Erdo?an.

The two-day summit which was themed “Enhanced Partnership for Common Development and Prosperity”.
