Three women out of the 49 Ivorian soldiers arrested on July 10 at Bamako airport were officially released this Saturday evening, as a humanitarian gesture on the part of the Malian authorities, according to the Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs, who is mediating between the two countries on behalf of Togo.
The head of Togolese diplomacy, Robert Dussey made the announcement during a joint press briefing held at his cabinet in the presence of the head of Malian diplomacy Abdoulaye Diop and Fidèle Sarassoro, minister director of cabinet of the Ivorian president.
