Dr. Christian Addai-Poku, the registrar of the National Teaching Council, views this high attrition rate within Ghana’s education sector as a substantial threat to the country’s development.
One of the primary factors driving this mass departure is the substandard working conditions in Ghana, as highlighted by Peter Anti, the Executive Director of the Institute for Education Studies.
