Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources has seized a consignment of juvenile fish that was reportedly bound for Guinea from Sierra Leone.
The stock of fish is said to be just the latest in a spate of illegal fishing carried out by mostly local fishing boats on Sierra Leonean Waters.
As Patrick Sallia reports, the confiscated consignment is currently deposited at the premises of the Sun Hu Fishing Company in Murray Town, west of the capital Freetown.
