The Sierra Leonean government has re-imposed a nighttime curfew to contain the further spread of the corona virus in the country.

The measure will take effect on Monday 5 July, 2021.

The re-imposition comes as the country continues to record daily increases in cases of the pandemic.

Measures banning public gatherings among others have been re-instated.
