Senegal’s President Bassirou Diomaye Faye has outlined major development projects planned for 2026 during a national address.
The Head of State offered a generally positive assessment of 2025, acknowledging that the year was marked by significant economic challenges.
Despite these difficulties, President Faye said the government remains committed to driving growth and improving living conditions through targeted investments.
He announced that major public and strategic investments will be rolled out in 2026, aimed at strengthening Senegal’s economy and development agenda.
