Independent expert of the United Nations, Alioune TINE is gravely concerned about deteriorating security and human rights situation in Mali.

During a presentation on the Mali condition in Geneva on Monday, Alioune TINE also welcomed the steps taken to restore constitutional order and the return to civilian rule in Mali.
