A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the National Association of Liberia school principals, the National Association of private school owners as well as the Ministry of Education.
According to the President of the National Association of Liberia’s school principals Benjamin Wei, the MOU represents the first public-private collaboration intended to discourage self-promotion and grade skipping in schools.
