Lawyer of a 49-year old man who was arrested for allegedly setting fire to South Africa's parliament on Sunday say he is a victim of mistaken identity.
Zandile Christmas Mafe who was said to have been caught with explosives according to prosecutors is facing five charges – including two counts of arson.
