In his inaugural address at Independence Square, Mahama stressed the need for unity in tackling shared challenges, including security threats and economic pressures.
The historic ceremony drew African leaders such as Rwanda’s Paul Kagame, Kenya’s William Ruto, Congo’s Felix Tshisekedi, and Burkina Faso’s Captain Ibrahim Traoré, reflecting its continental significance.
