Energy Ministers from Algeria, Niger, and Nigeria signed three agreements in Algiers on Tuesday to fast-track the construction of the 4,200-kilometer Trans-Saharan Gas Pipeline (TSGP).
The $13 billion project, discussed during the 4th ministerial meeting of the steering committee, aims to transport natural gas from Nigeria to Europe via Niger and Algeria.
