Relatives of Ghana’s ex-Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta are accusing the Special Prosecutor of abusing legal processes for political gain.
This comes after INTERPOL issued a red notice while Ofori-Atta reportedly undergoes cancer treatment in the U.S.
The family claims the arrest warrant lacked proper documentation and violated his rights under Ghanaian and international law.
They say the move is part of a broader campaign of persecution and media manipulation.
