An Appeals Court in Nigeria's capital, Abuja on Thursday discharged all charges levelled against leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
The three-man panel that said that the IPOB leader had no case to answer and the Federal High Court had no jurisdiction to try him.
It followed an earlier ruling of the trial judge, Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja, in April dismissing eight of the 15 amended counts filed against him by the Nigeria government.
