Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has called on China to expand its economic cooperation with Nigeria and Africa, advocating for an increase in the $2 billion currency swap agreement and a review of the $50 billion aid package for the continent.

During a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the State House in Abuja on Thursday, Tinubu emphasized the need to boost the currency swap to facilitate infrastructure development and strengthen bilateral relations between the two nations.
