Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA at the Tincan Port Command in Lagos, South West of the Nigeria, have intercepted 40 parcels of cocaine valued at over 83 million USD.
The drug bust, described as a collaboration between the enforcement agency and some informants, has resulted in the arrest of two persons who had attempted clearing the consignment.
Commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Tincan Port Command, Samaila Ethan, addressed journalists on the preliminary findings.
