Nigeria’s  President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, swore in seven new ministers whose appointments were confirmed last week by the Senate. 

The President swore in the ministers shortly before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting.

President Buhari also announced the reassignment of portfolios in his cabinet, saying the new redeployment is aimed at reinvigorating certain sectors where the government desires to accomplish improved results.
