The Nigeria Government has pledged to uphold its commitment to ensuring that Africa’s most populous nation becomes a major destination for global maritime players.
Minister of Transportation, Mu’azu Sambo gave this assurance on Monday at this year's International Maritime Summit.
With the theme “Igniting the Blue Economy,” the NIMS 2022 featured government-to-government, government-to-business and business-to-business exchanges towards increasing investment and efficiency in the Nigerian maritime sector.
