The Academic Staff Union of Universities on Tuesday staged a protest against the Nigerian Government’s response towards its stalled implementation of their outstanding demands.

The protest which took place at the University of Lagos was approved after a Congress of the Lagos Zone of the union.

Zonal Coordinator, Dr. Adelaja Adekoya, revealed that a National Executive Council meeting will be held this weekend for more consultations on the matter.
