Nigeria has restated its commitment to the ECOWAS cross border cooperation.
It has inaugurated the National Focal Point for the ECOWAS Cross Border Cooperation (CBC) Support Programme to coordinate efforts in this direction.
At a news briefing, the Country's minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Zubairu Dada said the protocols adopted on free movement by the Community have significantly affected cross border trade transactions.
