The National Industrial Court will on Wednesday, rule on the Nigerian Government Suit to stop the ongoing industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.
Justice Peter Hamman fixed the date on Monday after the lead counsel to the Government, Mr James Igwe, argued his application seeking an order of the court restraining the striking lecturers from further continuing with the ongoing nationwide industrial action that has kept students away from school for over seven months now.
