Niger Republic’s Minister of National Defense, Alkassoum Indatou, said around seven hundred (700) civilians and five hundred (500) soldiers have been killed in "terrorist attacks" in Niger since 2013.
The minister disclosed this during an interaction with members of National Assembly where he was asked if the Nigerien government has a "definitive exit plan" from the security crisis in parts of the country.
