Niamey and Ouagadougou have agreed to mobilize resources to jointly fight terrorism.
This commitment was confirmed by the Nigerien Prime Minister Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine who concluded a working to Burkina Faso over the weekend.
Lamine Zeine said he was in the neighbouring country on the directive of the Nigerien interim President Abdourahamane Tiani to foster stronger cooperation.
