Ghana: Many unaware of anti-terrorism campaign helplines

72 hours after Ghana’s government launched an anti-terrorism campaign, many are unaware of the help lines to call in case of any suspicious activities.

On Tuesday, the government launched the “See Something, Say Something” campaign to help raise citizen awareness on the threats and dangers of terrorism. 

Ghana has also increased surveillance following two separate attacks in neighboring Togo and Burkina Faso with intelligence suggesting some Ghanaians may have been recruited into militant groups. WADR’s correspondent, Eric Mawuena Egbeta has been speaking to citizens
