Gambians gear up for presidential debate

The First presidential debate in The Gambia since the return to democracy will take place tomorrow (Saturday).

President Barrow and his five challengers will take part in what is expected to be a public evaluation of the candidates.

Gambians will go to the poll on December 4 to elect president for another five years term.

One of the organizers of the debate, Bakary Fatty, has been speaking to WADR about the debate.


Incumbent Adama Barrow is seeking re-election after his first term. He will face five challengers in the December 4 polls.
