In Mali, The Attorney General at the Bamako Court of Appeal has announced the opening of an investigation into the arrest of 49 Ivorian soldiers on July 10 in Bamako.
A Press Statement from the Attorney General's office says the instruction to open an investigation is to shed more light on the circumstances that led to the arrest.
