Top officials from Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger are heading to Moscow today in a strategic move to strengthen security and diplomatic ties with Russia.

The delegation includes the foreign ministers of the three Sahel nations, marking the first official visit between Russia and the Alliance of Sahel States (AES).

Experts say the trip signals a significant shift in regional security, realignment, and geopolitics.
