A non-profit organization in Liberia whose goal is to clear the streets of drug addicts and war-affected persons says it will discharge hundreds of youths under its care.
The National Rehabilitation for Drugs and War-Affected Persons in Monrovia is discharging these youths not only because they have undergone detoxification but because the organization faces constraints.
The Liberia National Police has been informed of the preparation to reunite the rehabilitated youths with their families and enrol others abandoned by their families.
