Liberian President George Weah is warning against nonperformance in his government as his administration seeks its second term bid in 2023.

Speaking Wednesday in rural Nimba County during the end of a special cabinet retreat, Weah said the next 16 months before the election are crucial and as such, public officials must perform or risk losing their jobs.
