A group of University students in Liberia on Wednesday, petitioned the United States embassy near Monrovia, calling on the U.S government to pressure President George Weah to address the socio-economic challenges facing the country.
The protest under the banner ‘Fix the Country’, was held during the celebration of the country’s 175th National Flag Day.
During the protest, some of the students explained why they are seeking the U.S’s intervention.
